Cookie Policy
Version 2026-10-21, effective 21 October 2026. This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Telvory uses, why, and how you can control them. It is part of our Privacy Policy. Telvory is operated by ALANHAR ALKHAMSA COMPANY LTD.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to keep, so it can recognise your browser on the next request. Similar technologies include the browser's local storage and session storage. We use them to keep you signed in securely and to remember choices such as your language.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Can be disabled |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | sign-in and session security, multi-factor and single sign-on steps, the workspace you are working in, recording your acceptance of the Terms, secure hand-over between Telvory sites | no — the Service cannot work without them |
| Functional (preferences) | language, colour scheme, time zone, the plan or add-on you picked before signing up, hiding the getting-started checklist | yes — the Service falls back to its defaults |
| Analytics or advertising | none | not applicable |
Telvory sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party tracking scripts on its websites or in its consoles. Because we only use strictly necessary and functional cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and you will be asked before any such cookie is set.
3. The cookies we set
All of these are first-party cookies, set only by Telvory's own addresses (telvory.app and its sub-domains, telvorydesk.app, or a workspace's own verified domain). None is shared with third parties.
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| tv_at, tv_rt | your signed-in session (access and refresh tokens) | strictly necessary | the access token for the browser session; the refresh token up to 30 days, or until you sign out |
| tv_tid | the workspace you are signed in to | strictly necessary | up to 30 days, with the session |
| tv_rm | "keep me signed in" on this browser | strictly necessary | up to 30 days |
| tv_mfa, tv_pk_su | the second step of sign-in, or a security confirmation, while it is in progress | strictly necessary | up to 10 minutes |
| tv_td | a device you chose to trust, so the second sign-in step is not asked again | strictly necessary | up to 30 days |
| tv_sso, tv_saml | company single sign-on while it is in progress | strictly necessary | up to 10 minutes |
| tv_legal | that you accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy at sign-up, and which version | strictly necessary | one year |
| tv_ho | a secure hand-over from the console to the help desk site | strictly necessary | 2 minutes |
| tv_hc_ (one per help centre) | your sign-in to a workspace's help centre, so you can follow your own requests | strictly necessary | up to 30 days, renewed while you use it |
| tv_lang | your language (Arabic or English) | functional | one year |
| tv_theme | light, dark or system colour scheme | functional | one year |
| tv_tz | the time zone times are shown in | functional | one year |
| tv_plan, tv_addon |
Telvory's own staff use a separate platform operations console, which sets its own strictly necessary sign-in cookies (admin_at, admin_rt, admin_rm, admin_mfa, admin_td, admin_pk_su, admin_su) and the same language, colour-scheme and time-zone cookies. Customers never receive these.
People who join a support session, meeting or webinar, visit a workspace's help centre, or read these pages without signing in receive only the functional cookies above, and only after they choose a preference or follow a link that carries one; a help-centre sign-in cookie is set only when they sign in to that help centre.
4. Local storage
The consoles also keep a few conveniences in your browser's local or session storage, such as favourites, the pinned menu, a reply you have not sent yet, sign-up form progress and the session you were joining. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us as a cookie, and is not used to track you.
5. How we protect sign-in cookies
Sign-in cookies are httpOnly (browser scripts cannot read them), secure (sent only over encrypted connections) and limited to our own sites, which protects your session from theft.
6. Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents you from signing in and using the Service; blocking functional cookies only means the Service forgets your language, colour scheme or time zone between visits.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when the Service changes. The updated version will show a new version label and effective date, and material changes will be announced in the Service or on our website.
8. Contact
