Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-10-21, effective 21 October 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions and applies to everyone who uses Telvory, including workspace owners, administrators, technicians, help-desk agents and their End Users. Telvory is operated by ALANHAR ALKHAMSA COMPANY LTD.
1. Why this policy exists
Telvory can view and control computers, record sessions, move files and reach people by email. That power must only ever be used lawfully, with authority, and with respect for the people on the other side. This policy sets out what that means in practice.
2. Authorisation and consent for remote access
- Connect only to devices you are authorised to access, for the purpose you were authorised for.
- In attended sessions, make sure the person at the device knows who you are and why you are connecting, and never prevent them from ending the session.
- Enrol a device for unattended access only if you, or the organisation you act for, have authority over that device. Consent is captured when the agent is installed; tell the device's users where the law or your own policies require it.
- Do not escalate privileges, transfer files or run tools on a device beyond what the support task needs.
3. Recordings, files and data
- Record sessions, meetings and webinars only for legitimate purposes, and make sure participants are informed and any required consent is obtained.
- Do not use recordings, transcripts or transferred files for purposes the people involved did not agree to, and do not publish or share them without a lawful basis.
- Do not ask End Users to reveal passwords, one-time codes or payment card details, except through a secure process they understand and agree to.
- Do not collect special categories of personal data or children's data through the Service without a lawful basis.
4. Prohibited activities
You must not use Telvory to:
- access any device, account or network without authorisation, or bypass security controls;
- run technical-support scams, or deceive, pressure or frighten anyone into a remote session or a payment;
- impersonate another person, organisation or support provider, including through branding, help centres or email sender details;
- commit fraud, extortion, harassment, stalking or unlawful surveillance;
- store, send or display unlawful content, including content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
- upload, run or distribute malware, ransomware or other harmful code;
- mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to support on devices you reach;
- probe, scan, overload or attack the Service or other customers, or try to access another workspace's data;
- resell or share the Service outside your Subscription without our written agreement.
5. Email and help desk
- Use the help desk and email features only to communicate with people about support, service or requests they made. Do not send unsolicited bulk or marketing email (spam) through Telvory.
- Send email only from addresses and domains you are authorised to use, and do not hide or falsify the sender.
- Honour requests from recipients to stop receiving satisfaction surveys or other optional messages.
- Help-centre articles and answers must be accurate and must not mislead customers.
6. Meetings and webinars
Do not use meetings or webinars to broadcast unlawful content, to harass participants, or to collect registrants' data for purposes they were not told about.
7. Security responsibilities
Protect your credentials, use multi-factor authentication, keep the agent software up to date, give users only the permissions they need, and remove access promptly when someone leaves. Report suspected abuse or security incidents to security@telvory.app without delay.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches of this policy. Depending on the seriousness, we may warn you, remove content, disable a feature, suspend users, devices or the workspace, or terminate the Subscription, as set out in the Terms and Conditions. Where reasonable we will contact you first, but we may act immediately to stop serious harm, fraud or an ongoing attack. We may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities and cooperate with them.
9. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing Telvory, for example a suspicious remote-support call or unwanted email sent through Telvory, write to abuse@telvory.app with as much detail as you can. Do not let an unknown caller connect to your computer; you can end any attended session at any time.
